Healing Stones

She gave away rocks?

PhotobucketI did! Several healing crystals are mentioned in my book, “Remember Me.” If you were lucky enough to have obtained a bag of two to four stones from me, you must be visiting my website to see what all the to-do is about.

There are many interpretations of what crystals can do. I used Judy Hall’s “The Crystal Bible” when doing research for my book.

If you are interested in healing stones and crystals, I highly recommend this well organized, easy to navigate resource.

Here are just a few of the attributes of the stones in your bag:

Amethyst is an extremely powerful and protective stone with a high spiritual vibration. It guards against psychic attack, transmuting the energy into love. It has strong healing and cleansing powers and enhances spiritual awareness. It boosts memory and improves motivation, making you more able to set realistic goals. It can help you to remember and understand dreams and facilitates the visualization process. Amethyst is one of the most spiritual Stones, promoting love of the divine, encouraging selflessness and spiritual wisdom. It opens intuition and assists in the development of psychic gifts. Be mindful of where you store your amethyst stone, for it will fade in direct sunlight.

Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love and infinite peace. It teaches the true essence of love. It purifies and opens the heart at all levels, and brings deep inner healing and self-love. If you want to attract love, look no further than romantic Rose Quartz. In existing relationships, it will restore trust and harmony, and encourage unconditional love. It strengthens empathy and sensitivity and aids the acceptance of necessary change. If you have loved and lost, it comforts your grief. Rose Quartz teaches you how to love yourself, vital if you have thought yourself unlovable. You cannot accept love from others nor love them unless you love yourself. This stone encourages self-forgiveness, self-worth and acceptance.

Rhodochrosite imparts a dynamic and positive attitude. It represents selfless love and compassion. Rhodochrosite attracts a soulmate but this may not be the blissful experience you’re hoping for. Soulmates are the people who help us to learn our lessons in life, and although this is not always pleasant, it is for our higher good. This stone removes denial and insists you face the truth about yourself and other people, without excuses or evasion, but with loving awareness. It reveals that the emotions we have been taught to believe are unacceptable are natural. The stone also encourages a positive attitude and enhances dream states and creativity. It promotes spontaneous expression of feelings, including passionate and erotic urges. It lifts a depressed mood and brings lightness into life.

Light-Green Serpentine – also called Infinite Stone. Now, this crystal is not in my book, but I included it because it is quite thematic. Infinite Stone is a gently, tender-natured stone that brings you into contact with angelic guidance. It accesses and integrates the past, present, and future and is excellent for past-life exploration, as it promotes compassion and forgiveness for yourself and what you went through. Holding this stone takes you into the healing realms that exist in the between-lives state so that healing that was not undertaken after a former life ended can be completed. This stone heals imbalances from past lives and clears emotional baggage from previous relationships.

I hope you found this info insightful.

Wishing you an abundance of joy and love,

G.

This is so incredibly interesting and how thoughtful of you to give us the stones and their meanings. You are such a genuine sweetheart. The way you described one of the stones just inspired part of a story I’m working on. :) Thank you, thank you, thank you.
